ICAN, Kristina Reports to Partner on Social Impact, Awareness Creation

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has indicated that it would collaborate with relevant organizations like Kristina Reports in creating the necessary awareness of its ideals and programmes.

Chairman of ICAN Bonny Kingdom and District Society, Andrew Imolorhe gave this indication on Thursday, July 11, 2024 when he visited Kristina Reports office in Bonny, Rivers State.

“I’m actually here to find out how Kristina Reports can be of help to ICAN in Bonny because we want ICAN to be a household name.”

“I want to see how we can strategize to help ICAN move to every corner of this Bonny. I really want that development to take place with a unique speed. That’s why I’m here.”

Imolorhe, who was just investitured as the 4th Chairman of ICAN BKDS, said his visit focuses on harnessing opportunities for partnership with the virtual news medium towards mainstreaming its plans and programmes, stressing the need for people to know what ICAN is doing to make the society better. 

On his part, the Publisher of Kristina Reports, Godswill Jumbo expressed appreciation to the ICAN BKDS Chairman for the visit, informing him that the online media organization was positively disposed to supporting organizations like ICAN that focuses on entrenching positive values in the society.

He acknowledged the good work ICAN BKDS has been doing in Bonny LGA, promising to avail the organization the needed media visibility for its human capital development initiatives, as well as its efforts at mainstsreaming ethical conduct in corporate environments.

“I think that’s exciting to hear because here at Kristina Reports, one of our corporate policy thrusts is to support institutions that drive development, drive growth, entrench values.”

“…and for ICAN that your members are managing a very critical aspect of society, which is money management, we are more than willing to be of help, to be in partnership with you, driving your objectives for the society.”

“We’ve seen your Catch-Them-Young in school; things like that we want to see how we can support to project them all in the bid to make society a better place.”

The Kristina Reports CEO expressed optimism that the collaborative efforts between both organizations will engender greater positive impact on lives and the society.
