Barely after 72 hours of speculations that former governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has traveled out of the country, the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Saturday, paid a visit to the state governor at his official resident, Marina to commiserate with the governor over the recent onslaught by hoodlums in the state.

The national leader of the ruling was asked by reporters when did he return from Paris, and he replied, “I didn’t go no where, I am a Lagosian, I still hold the title of Asiwaju of Lagos and I am still the JAGABAN.”

He explained that he came to the State House to commiserate with the governor and sympathise with him over the recent attacks.

He disclosed that he had come to seek permission from the governor to visit some of the victims who might still be in the hospital, and also find possible ways in helping to render assistance to the victims.

“I am here to commiserate with the government and sympathise with those victims through him (Sanwo-Olu), to seek his permission to visit some of those victims if they are still there in the hospital.

“Since he made the announcement to assume the responsibility of paying the payment and all that, how can we do to and what can we do to help him, to give succour,” he said.
