Paul Onuachu on Fire: Nigerian Striker Nets Brace, Extends Scoring Run to Nine Games
Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu continued his remarkable scoring form on Monday night, delivering a decisive brace as Trabzonspor secured a convincing 3–1 away victory over Kayserispor in the Turkish Super Lig.

The towering forward scored the opening two goals at the Kadir Has Stadium, extending his impressive scoring streak to nine consecutive matches and strengthening his position as one of the league’s most lethal attackers this season.
Paul Onuachu Leads Trabzonspor to Turkish Super Lig Victory
The match tilted in Trabzonspor’s favour early after Kayserispor were reduced to ten men. Midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz received a straight red card, leaving the hosts with a difficult task for most of the game.
Trabzonspor eventually made their numerical advantage count just before halftime. In stoppage time of the first half, Paul Onuachu broke the deadlock after being set up by Wagner Pina.
Only five minutes later, the Nigerian striker struck again, calmly finishing to give Trabzonspor a comfortable 2–0 lead heading into the break.
Early in the second half, the visitors extended their advantage when Kayserispor goalkeeper Bilal Bayazit unfortunately turned the ball into his own net, making it 3–0.
Kayserispor managed a late response when German Onugkha scored seven minutes from time, but it proved to be only a consolation as Trabzonspor held firm to secure all three points.
Paul Onuachu Extends Scoring Run and Eyes Golden Boot
Onuachu’s brace means the Nigerian forward has now scored in nine straight matches in the Turkish Super Lig.

The match also featured other Nigerian players. Veteran forward Anthony Nwakaeme came on in the 65th minute for Oleksandr Zubkov, while defender Chibuike Nwaiwu returned from injury to replace Ernest Muçi late in the game.
Despite the important away win, Trabzonspor remain third in the league standings with 54 points.
Their focus now shifts to the next challenge against Rizespor on Saturday, where Paul Onuachu will look to extend his scoring streak even further.
