Nigerian crossdresser, James Chukwueze Obialor, widely known as James Brown, has responded to the release of his senior colleague Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky, from prison.

Bobrisky, who had been sentenced to six months in prison for abusing naira notes, made headlines upon his release on Monday, August 5. James Brown, known for his contentious relationship with Bobrisky, took to his Instagram story to address the buzz surrounding Bobrisky’s return.

Referring to Bobrisky as the “red queen,” James Brown hinted at mixed reactions to the release. He noted that while some parts of heaven rejoiced, others were less enthusiastic.

In his message, James Brown expressed hope that Bobrisky might come back as a reformed person, steering clear of future controversies. However, he also speculated about potential revenge plans from the self-acclaimed Mummy of Lagos.

“Hi, darlings, good morning. Congrats to us and all the community of silvers. It is called silver. Your red queen, your dark queen, has come out. Yes. Some parts of heaven are rejoicing, while the other are… Let’s pray they come back in peace. I know there are some people he wants to take revenge on, but yeah,” James Brown shared on his Instagram story.

The controversial skit maker’s comments have sparked a flurry of reactions online as fans and followers eagerly anticipate Bobrisky’s next moves.
