Simy Nwankwo Hits 20th League Goal of the Season as Al Orobah Suffers Third Straight Defeat
Nigeria striker Simy Nwankwo continued his impressive scoring form despite another disappointing result for his club Al Orobah.

The forward reached his 20th league goal of the season in the Saudi First Division League, but it was not enough to stop Al Orobah from suffering a third straight defeat.
Nwankwo’s Consistency Shines Despite Al Orobah’s Struggles
Playing at the Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Stadium, Al Orobah fell to a 3–1 loss against Al Ula FC.
Despite the setback, Nwankwo again showed why he remains his team’s most reliable attacker this season.
Nwankwo struck late in the game to reduce the deficit for Al Orobah. The goal was his 20th in league competition and 21st goal contribution in just 18 appearances.
His performance keeps him among the league’s top scorers, sitting close behind the division’s leading forwards.
The match started poorly for Al Orobah. Al-Ula took control before halftime, scoring their first goal seven minutes before the break.
Third Straight Defeat Adds Pressure on Al Orobah
The hosts then doubled their lead early in the second half, making life difficult for the visiting side. A late third goal deep into added time sealed the win.

Although Nwankwo found the back of the net eight minutes after Al Ula’s third goal, it only served as a consolation effort.
The defeat means Al Orobah have now lost three matches in a row and extended their winless run to four games. The team currently sits in sixth place with 44 points.
Nwankwo and his teammates will look to bounce back in their next fixture when they host Al Arabi.
The club will need stronger defensive and attacking coordination to improve their position on the table as the season progresses.
