Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State on Monday, approved the appointment of Dr. Emmanuella Zamba as the substantive General Manager, Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA).

This was conveyed in a statement issued by the state’s Head of Service (HoS), Mr. Muri-Okunola.

Zamba’s confirmation as substantive general manager of LASHAM is premised on her hard work and achievements since she assumed the leadership of the state’s health management agency a few months back. Muri-Okunola in his statement affirmed that Dr. Zamba had served as head of the agency as acting general manager since March 24, 2020.

He therefore, urged her to continue with the same spirit at which she started and breaking new grounds in the State Health Insurance Scheme, a critical pillar of the T.H.E.M.E.S agenda in the government’s administration in delivering a formidable health care services to Lagosians.
