The appointment of Aye Pepple as the Managing Director of Rivers State Signage and Advertisment Agency (RISAA) by Governor Siminalayi Fubara has received outpour of goodwill from his kinsmen, especially, those of ancient Grand Bonny Kingdom.

The latest is coming from a former Chairman of the Buoye Omuso Brown Major House of Finima Community in Bonny Local Governmet Area, Tammy Martins-Brown, KGB.
