New Management Seeks Media Partnership To Promote PH Pleasure Park

The new management of the Port Harcourt Pleasure Park has expressed its readiness to partner the Media to promote the park as a relaxation spot, business resort and recreational facility.

The event, which held at the Michael Gardens Restaurant inside the Park, was attended by top Media influencers, bloggers and vloggers.

Sadikova expressed optimism that, following her arrival, the Park will receive the needed boost in terms of visits of fun seekers, recreational activities and hosting of business meets, which she said will drive up revenue for the Park. 

She explained that the Meet n Greet was with a view to engaging “people who live in Port Harcourt and understands the needs of Port Harcourt people, people who understand the power of social media”.

Arailym Sadikova, who has had a career that has taken across the globe including working in Uzbekistan, and United States, among others, noting that she understands the socio-cultural differences between the places she has worked before and Nigeria.

She expressed optimism that though the Park won the Most Visited Park Award for 2019, it would be repositioned to garner more laurels, disclosing that a series of events have been lined up to take place this season beginning with a Dance Show on Sunday, November 29, 2020, and a special yoga class, which will commence soon.

She announced that entrance into the Park at the early hours of the morning was free, wondering why those who do fitness on the road were yet to start utilizing the facilities.

Responding, one of the key attendees at the event and Head of Collaborations/Partnerships Desk at Kristina Reports, Emmanuel Nwafor expressed the favourable disposition of his medium to collaborate with the new management at the Port Harcourt Pleasure Park to create the right visibility for the Park.

He noted that the corporate goal of Kristina Reports, a virtual medium based in Port Harcourt, was to work with relevant stakeholders to strategically market the ideals, potentials and vast opportunities of Rivers State and the Niger Delta to the global community through its multifaceted virtual platforms.

Others who spoke also aligned with the position of Nwafor on the need to intentionally project and promote the Park to the world thus driving patronage and partnerships it way.

Port Harcourt Pleasure Park is a public recreation park beautifully ensconced in the heart of Niger Delta’s oil rich garden city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. It won the Best Family Amusement Park in Nigeria in 2019.

It is strategically located along the major Aba Road, and flanked on both sides by 6 Division of the Nigerian Army, Bori Camp, Port Harcourt, and the 115 Special Operations Group, Nigerian Air Force, Port Harcourt, on an expansive open land with 24-7-365 internal security.
