JUMBO HOUSE LANDS: CAVEAT EMPTOR – BUYERS BEWARE
This notice serves as A FORMAL WARNING to all prospective purchasers of land purportedly being sold under the name “Jumbo House” in Bonny Kingdom.
The constitution of Jumbo House expressly provides that power to sell or allocate Jumbo House land is “vested in the Chief and his elders only.”
Anyone who ignores this caveat and proceeds to buy land from unauthorized individuals does so AT THEIR SOLE RISK AND PERIL.
The lawful owners will not be held liable for losses, disputes, demolition, eviction, or any other consequences arising from such invalid transactions.
