Jonathan Commends Miss World Nigeria 2026’s Inclusion Drive

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has commended Miss World Nigeria 2026, Queen Tamunosoye Karibi-George, for using her platform to drive positive social change.

The ex-President gave this commendation on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, when Miss Karibi-George paid him a courtesy visit in his office in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Kristina Reports gathered that the visit was part of the beauty queen’s engagements ahead of the Miss World competition.

The former President expressed his delight over her emergence as Miss World Nigeria 2026, applauding her advocacy project tagged “Beyond Labels,” under her ‘Beauty With A Purpose Initiative’.

Jonathan further encouraged her to remain committed to inspiring hope, unity, and development through her advocacy work.

Earlier, Queen Karibi-George had explained to her host that the initiative focuses on promoting inclusion, challenging stereotypes, and creating opportunities for vulnerable and underserved groups in society.

She stated that the visit forms part of her ongoing efforts to build strategic partnerships and mobilise support for youth empowerment and social inclusion initiatives across Nigeria.

According to her, as she prepares to represent Nigeria on the global stage, she has continued to project the values, resilience, and potential of Nigerian youth.

Her “Beyond Labels” campaign is aimed at fostering a more inclusive society where individuals are not defined by stereotypes or social limitations.

The courtesy visit has continued to attract attention from supporters, who describe it as a significant step in her journey toward combining beauty with purposeful leadership.
