African Light Heavyweight Champion Advocates Collective Approach to Sustainable Development, Cautions Against Destructive Criticism

Africa light heavyweight champion, Jude Ilo, popularly known as “Great Jude” has emphasized the need for collective participation in progressive activities aimed at sustainable growth and economic stability.

Ilo, who holds that the national and West African Boxing Union (WABU) light heavyweight titled said this in an interview with newsmen recently.

He cautioned against unguarded utterance that are destruction to progress in the society, advising that criticisms should be geared towards the growth and positive establishment of society.

Great Jude, who is also a social commentator, used the opportunity to advocate for constructive criticism and the need for understanding, which, according to him, is “the bedrock of continuous development”.

Described as “having the heart of a champion, Ilo believes entrenching “societal norms will amplify the general sociological wellbeing of our community”.

Prince Arthur Eze

A native of Agulu Community, Anambra State, Jude Ilo commended Nigerian businessman and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Oranto Petroleum, Prince Arthur Eze, who, at a recent event in his honour, donated the sum of N5billion to the aged people of the State.

Eze’s company, Atlas Oranto Petroleum, is the largest privately-owned petroleum exploration and production company in Nigeria.

The African boxing legend described as insensitive criticisms against the donation by Prince Arthur Eze, cautioning against hate speech, advising that people should speak to encourage a focused agenda for growth and the need for a unified voice.
