Alex Iwobi made his full Fulham debut on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, in a 2-1 victory over Norwich City in the Carabao Cup and marked it with an assist and a goal.
The Nigerians played a cross to Carlos Vinicius who kicked it in 1-0, before getting his name to the scoresheet when he whipped in from outside the box in the 72nd minute.
Iwobi’s performance played an incredibly huge role in seeing off Norwich City and advancing in the Carabao Cup.
The victory sees Alex Iwobi and his fellow compatriot Calvin Bassey advance to the Fourth Round of the Carabao Cup.
Fulham manager, Marco Silva was all high praises for Iwobi following the win.
