The immediate past Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers State, Dame Alabota Anengi Barasua Claude-Wilcox says the diamond jubilee birthday anniversary of the Amanyanabo and Natural Ruler of Grand Bonny Kingdom, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON, DSSRS, JP, Edward 1, Perekule XI, is a celebration of his wisdom, depth and leadership.

Dame Claude-Wilcox said this on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 in a goodwill message she delivered during a special banquet as part of activities marking the monarch’s 60th birthday anniversary.

The former Bonny LGA Chairman highlighted some of the notable qualities possessed by the Monarch, saying that the impacts made by him has become a source of pride to the kingdom.

“I must admit that this milestone birthday is a testament to your wisdom, leadership, and dedication to the welfare of Bonny Kingdom.”

Dame Anengi eulogizes the Monarch for being a good custodian of the customs and traditions, becoming a model and living a life of admiration, making his subjects walk with heads held high.

“You have simplified leadership with many notable success indicators, putting Bonny first at all times”

“I had the privilege of functioning under your Majesty’s illustrious reign so I can testify of your commitment to peace, progress, and the wellbeing of our people is truly legendary and remarkably exceptional.”

The former Chairman offered warmth and hearty prayers for the King, wishing him a seamless reign of exploits and Prosperity, as his legacies guides and inspires the aborigines of Bonny Monarchism
