Royal Comrades Felicitates Business Mogul, Dr Fubara Dan-Jumbo on His Golden Jubilee Birthday

The Royal Comrades of Grand Bonny Kingdom have felicitated with Bonny-born business mogul and the Chairman of its Board of Trustees (BOT), Dr Fubara Dan-Jumbo on his 50th birthday anniversary.

The group comprises the alumni of Bonny National Grammar School (BNGS) and Government Girls Secondary School, Finima (GGSSF) class of 1993.

A terse congratulatory message by the Board of Trustees signed by the group’s President, Ipiriala Jumbo, wished the BOT Chairman, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of The Gibs Hotel a joyful celebration, wisdom and insight, longevity, prosperity and good health.

“On behalf of the Royal Comrades of Grand Bonny Kingdom, we wish to say a Happy Birthday to Dr Fubara Dan-Jumbo on this special occasion of your Golden Jubilee Anniversary. We pray for more wisdom and insight.

“We, your secondary school classmates are proud to be associated with you who have become our pride and shining star. 

“As our BoT Chairman and a firm pillar in our group, you are the rallying point and a strong support to your friends. We appreciate all you do and your kind leadership…”

In separate messages of felicitation, some members of the Board of Trustees extended their felicitations to the erudite scholar, successful entrepreneur, well acclaimed philanthropist, and golden jubilee celebrant, Dr. Fubara Dan-Jumbo, who is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE).

One of them, Godswill Hart, who is the Secretary General of the G30 Ibani Voice, described the celebrant as “a shining light, pillar of strength and a pacesetter”, saying that “your life is a masterpiece of love and selflessness”.

While wishing him a golden jubilee birthday, Hart added a wish for his mother; “I, also on behalf of my family, wish your mother, Madam Gift Dan-Jumbo, a diamond jubilee birthday”.  

Another member, Nathaniel Longjohn, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Natlong Oil & Gas Services Limited, wished the celebrant a beautiful birthday celebration, praying that “Our Lord will continue to prosper you and keep you in good health”.

On her part, Sarah Georgewill, who is a Special Assistant to the Chairman of Bonny LGA, prayed for the celebrant, saying “May God continue to bless you, bless your family; and may you enjoy your new age in Jesus name!”

Another BOT member, Gift George-Green, who is a Senior Assistant Registrar at the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny, prayed thus: “May God continue to bless you, keep you safe and sound, grant you all your heart desires, and bless the works of your hands”.

“Thank you for all you have been doing for Royal Comrades. Thank you for all you’ve been doing for your classmates, and thank you for all you have been doing for humanity.”  

In his own felicitation, the President of Royal Comrades of Grand Bonny Kingdom, Ipiriala Jumbo, commended the celebrant for his affability, accessibility to his peers, and his good gestures to humanity, adding “We wish you long life and prosperity we wish you all the good things in life”.

Also extending his felicitations, another BOT member, Ida John-Hart, who is the Procurement Manager of Daewoo Engineering & Construction Nigeria Limited (DECN), Bonny, said “On behalf of myself and my beautiful wife, Mrs. Ngozi Ida John-Hart, we wish you a very, very Super Birthday. For all you have done for your friends, this is wishing you a very, very good life in service to humanity”.

A former lecturer at Coventry University, Dr Dan-Jumbo returned to Nigeria to establish a chain of businesses including DavFub Group of Companies, The Gibs Hotel and CasaChem Nigeria Limited, amongst others that have not only created several employment opportunities for Nigerians but positively impacted the nation’s economy.
