An insider source hinted Kristina Reports that he might be spending the weekend in police cell due to his inability to secure his bail, informing that he will be charged to court on Monday, February 21, 2022.

A police source, who preferred anonymity, told Kristina Reports that Emmanuel Hart was arrested for being in possession of equipment belonging to the Polytechnic worth about N300,000, for which he was sacked from the institution.

“Yes, I can confirm that he was arrested for fraud related offences and also for refusing to provide a high-definition camera and HP laptop, for which funds were approved for him to purchase for the Polytechnic worth about N300,000’.

“He was dismissed last year from the school because of these issues and months after he was sacked, he has refused to provide these equipment. Recall that part of why he was sacked included falsification of his age declaration and NYSC discharge certificate.”

“HD camera and HP laptop worth about three hundred thousand naira he purchased with the school money and tendered receipt to the Bursary Unit but refused to hand over to his unit head after his dismissal from the Polytechnic.”

Kristina Reports further learnt that he was allegedly responsible for inciting the Oguede Community against the Polytechnic’s Governing Council over the land dispute between the Community and the Polytechnic. Our source further intimated that these findings led to his dismissal from the institution in December 2021.

Efforts to reach the Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, Rivers State Command, Grace Iringe-Koko, to confirm the development were yet unsuccessful as she neither answered or returned her calls or responded to WhatsApp messages to her mobile line.

Also, calls and messages sent to the official contact of Three-Dimensional Multimedia (3D Multimedia) and on its Facebook page were neither answered or responded to as at the time of this report; just as calls to Mr. Emmanuel Hart’s personal mobile line were also not responded to or returned.
