Bayelsa United continued their strong hold over Rivers United with a hard-fought win in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

The home side showed resilience and tactical discipline to secure their fourth straight victory over their South-South rivals.

The result also helped Bayelsa United improve their league position while deepening Rivers United’s recent frustration in big matches.
