Charles Brown

On his part, a former Chairman of the Finima Youth Congress (FYC), Charles Brown aligned with his Chief in felicitating with Fubara and Prof Ordu, saying that their emergence as Governor and Deputy Governor was a welcome development for the State given their robust antecedents career-wise.

He noted that as technocrats, it can be expected that they would perform optimally and respond strategically and adequately to the yearnings of Rivers people, urging the new administration to focus on critical infrastructural and human capital development.

He also called on the Governor to entrench development spread, identification and development of growth poles across the State to drive development across the State, pointing out that Port Harcourt was already congested and there was the need to change the perception of Rivers State being a one city State.
