We’ll Support His Majesty’s Developmental Vision for Bonny Kingdom – ADC Assembly Candidate
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for Bonny State Constituency in the 2027 general elections, Jonathan Hart says when elected he would work to support the developmental vision of the Amanyanabo of Bonny Kingdom, His Majesty, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON, DSSRS, JP, Perekule XI.
Hart said this on Monday, November 3, 2026, in an interview with Kristina Reports in Bonny, Rivers State.
He stated that the holistic development of Bonny Kingdom as envisioned by the Bonny Kingdom Monarch aligns with the ADC’s manifesto, noting that socio-economic development sits at the core of the ADC developmental vision.
“You can see that almost all the development that has come to Bonny was envisioned and attracted by the Amanyanabo, and obviously, these developmental aspirations require legislative backing for sustainability and requisite funding by the government or companies.”
“It’s my intention, therefore, to focus on lobbying my colleagues in the House to support such legislative framework that would ensure that the King’s developmental ambitions receive government support as well as private sector funding,” the ADC Assembly candidate said.
Jonathan Hart, who hails from Oloma Community in Bonny LGA, is the incumbent Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee in Bonny LGA, and has also served as youth leader of his home community.
He has antecedents in business, investment, community stakeholding and security, and has worked with the security community to assure the safety and security of residents of Bonny LGA.
Hart extolled the strategic vision and relentless efforts of the Amanyanabo in mainstreaming the development and economic progress of Bonny Kingdom, assuring that when elected he would stridently work to ensure that the various projects and programmes envisaged by the King receive the necessary push to become reality.
