Ogoni Youth President Found Dead At His Residence

The Youth President of Bua-Kingdom in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State, Barizaasi, has been found dead in his residence.

His demise came to public notice on the night of Friday, February 13, 2026, as it was alleged that he was shot by unknown gunmen at close range.

His demise came after three weeks of the king of Bua-Bangha Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, King Suanu Yaamabana Timothy Baridam, narrowly escaped death after facing a similar situation.

The assassination attempt on His Royal Majesty, King Suanu Yaamabana Timothy Baridam, led a lot of controversies including the announcement of a ₦5 Million bounty reward for information that would lead to the capture of the attackers by the President of KAGOTE, Lesi Maol.

However, following the demise of the Youth President, speculations have risen trying to connect the incident to the assassination attempt on the king in past weeks, as a means of silencing any potential lead.
