Busola Dakolo, celebrity photographer, who accused founder and Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, of rape has finally filed a formal complaint to the police.

With her complaint, the Police has commenced investigation into the allegation.

Fatoyinbo, who threatened to sue Busola and over 40 other who have accused him of raping them, failed to make good his threat as at today, almost a week after he issued a statement denying the allegations.

Meanwhile, another unnamed lady, who claimed to be his former staff, has also come out to accuse him of raping her in his living room.
