With no word from the kidnappers or their abducted relatives five days after the Banigo 4 were snatched at a funeral at Finiapiri-Ama in Banigo Isile-Ogono in Bonny Local Government Area the victims have intensified their plea to the abductors to release their victims.

Thompson Allison, Daniel Hart, Theophilus Ibiama and Sunny Hart, all titled citizens of Bonny Kingdom, were kidnapped on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Finiapiri-Ama (Amauda) in Banigo Isile-Ogono Community where they went to pay their last respects to a departed colleague, late Kenneth Banigo.

Before grabbing their victims from the commercial speedboat they had boarded to return to Bonny Town, the hoodlums opened fire on the crowd of mourners inflicting gunshots injuries on several of them including the Leader of the Bonny Legislative Assembly, Miriam Hart, who has since been responding to treatment after being operated upon and the bullets extracted from her body.

Kristina Reports checks with their families reveal that no contact has been made with the kidnappers just as their phone lines were also offline.

A relative of one of the abductees told Kristina Reports that they have been making frantic efforts to reach him on the phone but his lines were switched off.

Another relative of one of the abductees said “we have been expecting them to call so that we can plead with them to release him but no call has come from them yet.

Checks by Kristina Reports with the Office of the Chairman of Bonny LGA also proved abortive as an official who craved anonymity said no contact has been made with the kidnappers or their families.

Sources within the security agencies in Bonny hinted Kristina Reports that no stone will be left unturned to find and free the abductees from their captors and also apprehend and bring to justice the perpetrators.
