As the Amanyanabo and Natural Ruler of Bonny Kingdom, His Majesty, King Dr Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON, Perekule XI, turns 55 on Thursday, the women in his domain have expressed their delight with how impactful and beneficial his life has been to his people.

Speaking through the Woman Leader of Bonny Kingdom, Amaopu-Orubo Helen Jack-Wilson Pepple, the women said his reign on the King Perekule throne has brought about world-class development that the people of the area have been enjoying so far.  

Amaopu-Orubo Helen Jack Wilson Pepple, in a Birthday Message to the widely respected monarch, which she personally signed, wished the King many more years of blissfulness on the throne of his ancestors.

In a bid to properly galvanize the women of Bonny Kingdom to take their rightful place in the scheme of things in the kingdom and at large, King Pepple III, CON, Perekule XI facilitated the process that saw the women elect Amaopu-Orubo Helen Jack Wilson Pepple as their Leader last year.

An astute entrepreneur, seasoned educationist and sagacious politician, Amaopu-Orubo Helen Jack Wilson Pepple was the first female Secretary of the Bonny Local Government Council and served under two administrations before exiting office.

She is currently the Secretary of the Bonny Kingdom Local Content Compliance Committee and the Bonny-Bodo Road Project Liaison Committee.
