SHOCKING!!! Saraki’s House of Cards Collapses As Kwara PDP Bigwigs Defect To APC

As the gale of defections continue to generate controversy in Kwara State, home of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, who defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from the All Progressives Congress (APC) just days ago, some chieftains of the PDP in the state today defected to the APC.

Chairman of the Kwara State chapter of the PDP, Oyedepo Akogun, defected alongside three former senators, Mohammed Ahmed, and Simon Ajibola, who was PDP’s governorship candidate in 2015, Makanjuola Ajadi, who was also a Special Assistant to former President Goodluck Jonathan, a former Minister of Transport, Isa Ibrahim, and a former Speaker of the State House Of Assembly, Mohammed Bolaji.

Others were the state Commissioner for Agriculture and former member of the state assembly, Jafar Ibrahim, Saraki’s Special Adviser on Special Duties, Moshood Mustapha, a former governorship candidate of the PDP, Lukman Mustapha,  former Secretary to the State Government, Ganiyu Olododo, and former Deputy Governor to Saraki, Joel Ogundeji, amongst others.

These defections seem to be unraveling Saraki as lacking home support and diminishing as the days go by. To some political pundits, the PDP considering him for its presidential ticket be making a very grievous political error.
