The attention of the Bonny Kingdom Local Content and Compliance Committee has been drawn to a social media publication that the Finima Community, especially, the Brown House, was excluded from the composition of the Bonny Kingdom Local Content and Compliance Committee (BKLCCC).

The BKLCCC was set up by His Majesty, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON, Perekule XI, the Amanyanabo and Natural Ruler of Grand Bonny Kingdom, to interface with the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG), Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Saipem, Chiyoda and Daewoo Joint Venture (SCD-JV), and other relevant stakeholders in the construction of the NLNG Train 7 project.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Committee was carefully constituted by His Majesty, the King, taking into cognizance all interests for the purpose of fairness and inclusiveness.
