Aside the chapter presidents of NUBS and their students drawn from various tertiary institutions across the country, other dignitaries in attendance included the Chairman of the occasion, the lawmaker representing Degema/Bonny federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Randolph Brown, and the House of Assembly candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dabota Jumbo, and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abinye Pepple. They were all represented their aides, Claude Hart, Kerry Bristol, and Kalada Jumbo, respectively.
