The Atiku Support Group for Greater Nigeria has lauded the lawmaker representing Degema constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Farah Dagogo on his election as the member-elect representing Degema/Bonny federal constituency in the House of Representatives in the just concluded 2019 elections.
The group through its National Coordinator of the group, George Banigo, also charged Farah to avail his constituents quality representation at the Green Chamber by ensuring that their voice was heard loud and clear at the national parliament.
“We are proud of him and congratulate him on his victory at the polls. Though it was a hard fight to get here we always knew his deliverables were incontrovertible. We are sure that he has what it takes to represent his people,” he noted.
Banigo, who was the Director General of the Farah Dagogo Campaign Organisation, called on Farah to assuage the misgivings created by the distortion of the gentlemanly agreement between Bonny and Degema which saw to his emergence.
“He knows Bonny people are not happy over the party’s decision but he should do well to gather everybody together and giving all a sense of belonging. He should be the father of all”.
