APC Leaders Extol Virtues of Late Rivers Attorney General, Aguma, Condole with family

Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State have extolled the late Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Chinwenwo Emmanuel Aguma, SAN, as one of the brightest legal minds the state has produced and one who maintained enduring relationships with notwithstanding their pedigree or political leaning. The APC leaders from the 23 local government areas of the state, who were led by a former member of the House of Representatives, Asita Honourable, said this when they paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Aguma on Monday, August 13, 2018 in Port Harcourt. Asita, who was the 2015 Deputy Governorship Candidate of the APC, said “You may not like the way he pursues his beliefs but we all agree he was a very strong character. Commiserating with the family, he said, “We feel a deep sense of loss because we are a family and Igo’s loss is our loss. We came to share this moment of grief with you and express our condolences.” Responding on behalf of the bereaved family, Rt. Hon. Igo Aguma, a chieftain of the APC and young brother of the deceased thanked the leaders for the visit and showing him solidarity that indeed he belongs to a family.
