Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, David Irimagha has appointed Dagogo Fanyeofori Jumbo, popularly known as ‘Opumingi’ to replace Aladiokuma Hart, aka, ‘Mayor’ as Chairman of the Management Committee of the Bonny Integrated Recruitment Centre (BIRC).  

According to a statement by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Williams Ogbah Agwu, the Bonny LG Chairman has also appointed Tamuno Dan-Jumbo to take over from Ibifuro Longjohn as Chairman of the Employment Monitoring Team of the Bonny Integrated Recruitment Centre.

The new management committee of BIRC appointed to oversee issues related to employment in LGA also has Idaminiowuma Bestowe, as Vice Chairman, Ibifuro Longjohn, Secretary, Daniel Green, Public Relations Officer, Habibu Shuaibu, Non-indigenes’ representative, and Humble Allaputa, as member.

He also reconstituted the Employment Monitoring Team of the Bonny Integrated Recruitment Centre with Tamuno Dan Jumbo as Chairman, Jackson Tolofari, Operations, Kingdom Brown, Alex Tobin, Henry Allison and Labo Wilcox, as members.

The new appointees were directed to make themselves available on Monday, March 2, 2020 for inauguration and are expected to be seated on/before 9am at the Bonny Local Government Council Secretariat on/before.

In the same vein, while all dissolved committee members are to hand over all documents and properties pertaining to their respective former offices to the newly appointed members immediately after their inauguration on Monday, 2^nd March, 2020.
