BREAKING!!! Finima Community stands still as Late Madam Bridget Brown goes home

That she lived a life that touched several other lives was evident in the huge turn out of people from within and outside Finima community in Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The crowd that almost submerged Finima community for the funeral service in honour of late Madam Bridget Taba Brown at Finima, Bonny LGA of Rivers State comprised of her offspring, siblings and well-wishers. 
The deceased, who passed on at an Indian hospital where she went for medical treatment, was an eldest sister of the member representing Degema/Bonny federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Randolph Brown, and aunt to the Chairman of the Bonny Integrated Recruitment Centre, Mr. Aladiokuma Hart. 
The event was graced by the creme-de-la-creme of Bonny LGA and Rivers State which included the State Commissioner for Local Government and Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bonny LGA, Mr. Rodaford Longjohn, the member representing Bonny constituency in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Abinye Blessing Pepple, Chairman of Bonny LGA, Mr. David Irimagha, his Vice, Mrs. Anengi Barasua Green, and Niger Delta activist, Alhaji Asari Dokubo. 
Others were the Special Adviser to Governor Nyesom Wike on Sustainable Development, Mrs. Toru Ofili, former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tonye Longjohn, former Executive Director of the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency, Mr. Larry Pepple, former Caretaker Committee Chairmen of Bonny LGA, Nelson Irimagha, Adonye Harold Wilcox, and Charles Jumbo, and former Leader of Bonny Local Government Legislative Council, Hon. Adawari Julius Jumbo. 
Representing the Amanyanabo of Bonny Kingdom, we’re the Secretary of the Bonny Chiefs Council, Chief Arthur Willie-Pepple, Palace Secretary, Chief Abel Attoni, Chief Hanniel Jack Wilson-Pepple, and Chief Golden Christy-Wilcox. 

Also present were the Secretary to Bonny Local Government Council, Mr. Omoni Longjohn, an aspirant to the House of Assembly, Mrs. Dabota Godswill Jumbo, and Leader of Bonny Youths Federation, Mr. Simeon Wilcox. 
An Evening of Songs was also held in honour of the deceased last night by the Finima Community and presided over by Dr. Bara Kabaka Brown. 
Guests at the event included the Managing Director of the Rivers State Microfinance Agency, Mrs. Ipalibo Sogules, leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Degema Local Government Area, Hon. Pleasant Braide, amongst others.
