Burna Boy Reportedly Acquires Custom ₦9bn Bugatti Chiron
Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy has reportedly taken delivery of a one-of-one custom Bugatti Chiron VXX Special Edition, a bespoke hypercar said to be worth more than ₦9 billion.
The luxury vehicle was unveiled on Saturday, July 4, 2026, by Dubai-based automobile modification company Venuum as part of celebrations marking Burna Boy’s 35th birthday.
The company revealed that the vehicle is a custom-built Venuum Widebody Bugatti Chiron VXX Special Edition designed exclusively for the Afrobeats star and described it as a unique masterpiece.
In a birthday message shared on its official social media pages, Venuum said:
“Happy birthday, Burna Boy! Today we’ve made your dream a reality, a one-of-a-kind Bugatti Chiron VXX Special Edition just for you.”
“It’s a masterpiece that is sure to make waves around the world.”
The unveiling came months after Burna Boy hinted on social media that he wanted a specially designed Bugatti.
“A Bugatti Venuum Chiron, something one of one, diamonds on the car and the key holder,” Burna Boy had written.
According to reports, the vehicle is believed to be the world’s first Widebody Bugatti Chiron and was built exclusively for the singer after months of design and engineering.
In May 2026, Venuum had announced it was developing what it described as the world’s first Widebody Bugatti Chiron for “someone very special” within the Venuum family but did not reveal the client’s identity until Saturday’s unveiling.
Although several reports estimate the hypercar is worth more than ₦9 billion, neither Burna Boy nor Venuum has officially disclosed the purchase price.
The latest addition expands Burna Boy’s collection of luxury vehicles, which reportedly includes a Lamborghini Revuelto, a Rolls-Royce Spectre and other high-end automobiles.
The unveiling came days after Burna Boy performed at AfroNation Portugal, where he reflected on his journey from Port Harcourt to global recognition before thousands of fans.
The acquisition has generated widespread reactions on social media, with fans celebrating the singer’s latest luxury purchase and his continued success on the international music scene.
