It is the last day of the regular season of the Nigerian Premier Football League, it goes down to the wire! Super Six places and survival from relegation, it’s all to fight for.

In Group A, Unbeaten Bendel Insurance are already in the Super Six with 33 points. Enyimba, Remo Stars and Akwa United have 31, 30 and 29 points respectively and all hope to clinch the two spots left in the group.

In Group B, Rivers United and Lobi Stars have both qualified for the super six, leaving just one spot for Doma United with 26 points and Abia Warriors and Sunshine Stars with 24 points to battle for.

Meanwhile, still in Group B, Wikki tourists and Bayelsa United could join Dakkada FC in relegation.

Manager of Doma United, Akinade Onigbinde is optimistic his team will clinch a ticket to the Nigeria Premier Football League Super Six playoff.

His side was newly promoted to the league and tagged the dark horse and just like Bendel Insurance, they have made a statement in the league sitting third place in the group.

All the games except Nasarawa United vs Bendel Insurance, which is by 2pm, would be played by 4 pm Nigerian time.
