UPROAR AS 15 SENATORS, 37 REPS DUMP APC

The National Assembly was thrown into confusion today as not less than 15 senators and 37 members of the House of Representatives defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in one fell swoop.

The Senator President, Bukola Saraki, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, respectively, announced the defections during plenary on Tuesday.
