ADC Names David Okumgba As Rivers Deputy Governorship Candidate

The African Democratic Congress, ADC, Rivers State Chapter, has nominated David Okumgba as its Deputy Governorship Candidate for the forthcoming governorship election in Rivers State as announced by the State Publicity Secretary, Chizi Enyi,

Okumgba, a businessman and political leader, has previously served as South-South Zonal Secretary and Publicity Secretary of a major political party.

He was also Chairman of the Appeal Committee for Senatorial Primaries in Edo State and a former Rivers State House of Assembly aspirant.

The ADC said the Pidomson/Okumgba ticket represents competence and experience. Okumgba will run alongside the party’s Governorship Candidate, Gabriel Pidomson.

The party called on members and Rivers residents to support the ticket ahead of the election.
